This was the oddest experience I ever had during an interview. I interviewed in 2016 for the video producer position.
The interview was with two people. During the interview, they spoke in chinese to each other between questions and then when they asked me what my preferred starting pay was, I told them that its negotiable but they were adamant about getting an answer. So I told them $40,000 a year because the video producer would be in charge of shooting, editing, putting everything together by themself. So I thought it was fair. The looked at eachother and smirked and told me to have a nice day. I later look at the job posting after they ghosted me and the position was posted for $12 an hour. This whole process was a joke.
Brief, not very professional with their questioning. They were late to the interview, I waited 30 minutes to an hour before someone came to talk with me. The conference room they brought me to had a bunch of random chairs everywhere. It didn't look put together or professional.
