From the first screening interview to getting an offer took about 1 month. There was an initial screening call, hiring manager interview, product & process interview, release management exercise interview, leadership & collaboration interview and lastly a culture fit interview. Each of the interviews were 1hr or less, and several were stacked during the same day or week.
Most of the interviews were with members of the engineering team and its close partners, so I appreciated getting to know the people I would really be working with during the interview process. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout. The various interview rounds were communicated right after the hiring manager interview, so you know what is coming. I found the release management exercise interview unclear since I had asked questions about it over email beforehand, but the answers did not seem aligned with the expectations of the actual interviewers so my prep was off. Otherwise, all the other interviews were as one would expect -- you needed to speak to your past experience in those areas.
