Not bad just have to deal with a lot of customers that my be mad for no reason or impatient people. Overall great place to work and start a career in call center jobs.

Interview
They ask tipical customer service questions like explain a time you had an upset customer and solved the situation. They make you take a typing test that is easy and also role play with the interviewer as if you were taking a live call. The interview process was easy and quick.
