I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at HealthQuarters (Beverly, MA) in May 2018
Interview
They seemed more interested in just learning about me and my future goals. I just wanted to volunteer and they offered a paid internship. I met with two people. It was not formal.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HealthQuarters (Haverhill, MA) in Feb 2014
Interview
I had a phone interview initially, then an in person interview with 3 people. The phone interview was a little more nerve racking just because it is hard to read people over the phone, and there were so many people on the call. The in person interview was done at one of their clinics, and more laid back. However, they asked me the exact same questions as they did over the phone - so although it was nice because I had a chance to sharpen my answers, it didn't make a lot of sense to me to have two identical interviews.
