HealthPoint (Washington) interview questions

Did phone interview, set up an in-person one on same call. Was asked for my salary requirements (which I gave within the range that was posted)...was told they would reach back to their HR team about getting close to that number. When I heard back they left a voicemail that HR said they could only do a certain rate that was BELOW the job posting. Emailed to clarify, Hiring Manager admitted mistake, it was actually another range that was within the range on the post...which was very disorganized. I said okay, then I'd consider the higher end of the range (which the range was only a dollar difference). Got another email from them saying they wouldn't be able to bring me in at a higher salary than similar employees. (What was the actual point of giving me a range within a range salary). The whole process was very disorganized and unprofessional. I would avoid applying here. Just my two cents.

Multiple interviews with various staff, including medical director, clinical manager, NP, MDs, support staff. They are very friendly. It seems like a supportive environment. The pay scale was under whelming.
