Interview
First interview was a sit down, one on one conversation and introduction which was a little more than an hour. It was a pleasant experience but was more of a intro and was invited back to go more in depth.

We talked more about what the company does and what the position does. Seems my resume and application was enough for qualifications. Interview was more based on whether I want to continue with process.

Interview
Not much of an interview at all. More like a recruiting meeting. I've never heard of anyone not being allowed to work for the company. One meets at a hotel conference room.

No questions.....Just an information session talking about how wonderful the company is and how rich you are going to be. One has to remember that these are salesmen and they will tell you what you want to hear.
