Interview
2 phone interviews, Job Fair and an assessment testing with a face interview. It was really simple and the Job Fair was helpful. It allowed you to get background information on the company and ask any personal questions that you have. You also got to meet people that work there and get to meet other's that were interested in the positions.

I reached out to their recruiter and she set me up with an interview with local sales lead. The sales lead gave a great interview and offered me a position with no prior training. They put me through the 215 course in a matter of months I was working.

Application online. Two in-person interviews at the office. I had the first interview today.It was one-on-one and the interviewer was comfortable to talk to. I was asked why I chose the insurance industry, my goals and what HealthMarkets offers to meet my goals. Training: one week. I can work from home, online and the field. I am scheduled next week for the 2nd interview.One week training starts the 3rd week.
