Phone interview and then an on-site. Questions were fine , process was ok. But no communication after that. Phone interview asked general basic programming knowledge questions. Face to face had 4 rounds of interviews.

Interview
Pretty typical for a tech company : First a phone screen (via skype for me since I was remote) with a couple of data structure / algo questions.
Then, a few days later, a round of on site interviews : Technical interview with the eng team (algorithm, modeling a DB structure given a high level description of a product, JS questions ...); interviews with the design team; interviews with the higher management.
After about a week I got their final answer and an offer.

There was no difficult question, if you know your design patterns you should be able to code the problem
