They took the time to thoroughly explain the role, the company culture, and what to expect throughout the interview process. What truly impressed me was the recruiter's commitment to keeping me informed. They promised to reach out if any new opportunities aligned with my skills and interests, and they delivered on that promise. It's not often you encounter such genuine follow-through in the hiring world.

Had an initial phone screen with recruiter who was very kind and welcoming and did an excellent job at selling me on the company.
