I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HealthCrowd in Oct 2021
Interview
Overall process was smooth. Initial call from Product manager that included a basic open ended, data analytics question.
This was followed by Software round where you are asked to code and they essentially want to see how you approach the problem.
Finally, 2 30min rounds with the VP and CTO. Generic behavioral questions and again some basic open ended questions to see how you approach a problem and go about it.

Interview
The process is a bit different, as they are still a start-up and do not have any HR/recruiting team. All the recruiting and hiring comes directly from the Customer Success team itself, which proved to be a little bumpy.
First interview was with a current CSM, pretty casual Webex meeting. Next was with a Senior CSM and that interview had more behavioral/situational questions. The final round was a panel with 2 interviewers each 30-min session, which was a total of 120mins. You meet with account managers and other CSMs. The company is so small, you even meet with the CEO or CTO. On top of the panels, you have to create a slide deck based on a role-playing situation and present it to the entire CSM team and CEO/CTO. They ask questions during the presentation as well.

Question 1
Role playing situation. You are CSM, they are the client.
Can you describe a complex process in simple words?
How do you stay organized and efficient when WFH?
Technical interviews. Two initial rounds of video interviews with coding questions. Then this round was followed by a take home coding project and a final round. There were some behavioral questions before the technical interviews.
