It is a straight forward process which is clearly laid out and ample support given. Started with an online section which included eligibility, SIFT and competency questions.

Long and protracted, can take up to 4 months from initial application to offer.
The hardest part is getting through the sift of candidates as the applications are massively over subscribed

The questions are based around issues you will have to deal with in the job, for example how did you use you powers of persuasion to influence a situation?
The interview section is comparatively easy compared to other sections of the assessment day
