I was referred by a second level connection. Got an email from the 'HR' (they don't really have a HR) asked for an interview. They kept postponing the interview date - very unprofessional. Before the interview, I prepared everything based on the job description, but it turned out that they are actually looking for a completely different kind of candidate. They didn't even know what they were looking for. I spent hours preparing for the interview, drove across cities, let aside the crazy traffics, I was not treated respectfully by their HR when I got there. The interviewer clearly showed that the company was just feeding on grants and had no future plans. After the interview, they simply said "we will have more interviews" then they just vaporized, no response to my follow up emails and phone calls, and never told me their decision. It is a very disrespectful company, they don't value the time of the candidates who are serious about their business and hoped to help them grow. It was a waste of time and effort.
