Interview
Two rounds - HR and hiring manager. Relatively easy process. Respectful and courteous. They spent more time talking than asking questions. There seemed to be a lot of focus on company culture (outings, get togethers, collaborative environment) and a lot of admiration for the CEO.

After two rounds of interviews I was asked to do an example project. Spent a lot of time on it, didn’t get any feedback/didn’t hear back for a few weeks
