Headwaters interview questions

Did one phone interview and two video interview. I was told to do a fourth interview in person and then planned to go out to the site company cancelled without warning. Very unprofessional and poor communication.

Went through staffing agency went in to room with two supervisors. The interview went wonderful they are nice people they based the hiring on personality more than experience it seemed. It is about your ability to show them that you are worth hiring and letting them know that you appreciate their time to interview you.
