Applied and got selected for an online assessment. In their initial communication, they explicitly claimed they would get back to me within 5–7 days—which turned out to be a big lie. After waiting well past their promised deadline, I finally had to mail them myself just to get an update.
They responded claiming they are 'still reviewing candidates,' but I highly doubt that at this stage. It has now been 4 weeks since the assessment. They say they will get back with an update, but still nothing. It is a terrible, unethical way to operate—wasting people's time and effort, and not even having the decency or basic ethics to send a clear rejection or update mail. Instead, they just keep candidates hanging indefinitely.

The process took a long time i didn't receive a reply from the team.
The assignment itself was of an average dificulty.
Pros: they seemed to be willing to make accomodationa for disabled employees.
It was an easy and simple process. At each point, the person representing the company was helpful and very approachable. The interviews in itself were fun and conversations were interesting.
