Very pleasant, they asked us a lot of questions, and we're very professional. It was a very comfortable interview. We went to a location close to us and the assistant manager gave a tour and answered all of our questions.

Spoke to Regional Manager and Manager on telephone. Went into community to interview and tour. Ask many questions about my personality and why I wanted to work in senior living industry. Spoke about living onsite and being in close working conditions with another manager couple. Spoke to residents and got to become part of their family.
