The whole process took about 3 hours with the interview, waiting on their " system engineer " to show up but didn't , It manager talking about himself and some software that they used and taking their "test". In order to be consider for this role the system engineer need to interview the candidate who apparently couldn't show up but was in the building. they could've just cancel the interview but didn't.
