Interview was very short, only about 20 minutes with the district manager. Mostly questions about availability for the summer. The other questions were situational. For example: what would you do if_______.

The informal process practically hired me on the spot. Hard to fail at this interview. Lifeguards are in such short supply these days that is truly amazing that this place finds employees. The starting pay can be negotiated. La. La. La. La. La la la la l al aaa

Interview
There was about five of us in this interview with one guy asking us questions about why we wanted the job. It was super short and easy and we all got the job on the spot, no second interview.
