After submitting a resume, there was a 10-15 minute phone call with the current learning specialist. Afterwards, there was an email to interview on campus for the day with several different instructors and administrators.

Very thorough. There are multiple steps and they make sure to really vet their candidates. First is a phone call, then an on-campus interview. You meet with multiple members of faculty and staff.
