Need to show knowledge of specific subject; in this case it was a finance undergrad class. If not own specialization during PhD work, where one can show transcript, then need to read to catch up and show knowledge in in-person interview. Need to be graduate student at Harvard.

Very straightforward, just talked to the professor for 30 minutes to explain some concepts, tested basic abilities to answer students' question and teach basic concepts, and also more about why you want the job, what is your passion in teaching and what is the most important element in teaching
