I had an interview with the head of department, followed by doing a trial lesson with a KS3 class. I then had an interview with relevant members of the senior leadership team.

Two interviews, one with Head and one with Head of Department.
Friendly and welcoming atmosphere in interview, and it felt like I was being encouraged to do my best and to succeed.

Safeguarding question - What would you do if a child was... add situation where there are signs a child is in danger.
The interview was quite interesting, asking me about things like what book I recently read, how motivated I am to teach, and also how I would deal with issues in the classroom.
