The process was very easy and starightforward. They asked questions about prior experience and what type of work conditions you work well in. They also asked if you had any experience working in customer service.

Interview
A manager will call you in to come meet and chat with them. You will be questioned about previous customer service experience. Make sure you smile. All of the associates are friendly and cater to the customers. The interview is pretty straight forward, if offered drug test and pass you got the job, also you have to pass the background check. Stay on top of them sometimes they delay your process for various reasons. Customers always come first. Harris Teeter is very big on customer service

Interviewed directly by the customer service manager. I was asked specific questions relevant to the job position I applied for. It wasn't too long, only took about 10 minutes. After the interview the customer service manager told me to check my email for additional details on the job offer i would receive.
