Interview was very easy and over Zoom. The woman from HR that interviewed me was very nice, personable, and easy to talk to. Despite it being an online interview, it was not awkward at all, and one of the most pleasant interviews I’ve been through. Just a couple of typical interview questions were asked, as well as some scenarios from my previous job, and how I handled them. Overall, great process.

Asked two questions once I walked through my resume. One was if I was a team player. The other one was if I liked coffee. I got the job two days later.

To be honest, it was a pretty easy interview overall, in my opinion. The manager was very friendly and understanding. Easy customer support questions were asked and I got the job.

Interview
The interview was a quick and easy process. She asked simple questions like my availability and what salary I would prefer. She was easy to compromise with and told me she would find me a job that would fit my schedule. They contacted me the next day and i got the job!
