First HR will interview you. After you get a call back, you will have to go to the location and the mangers from different units will have a group panel . Each one will ask you a questions that requires your response.

Interview
Had to call and call for an interview with the nsg recruiter. Bkgd, drug, math, skills, and PPD tests. Then several mtgs with nurse recruiter, then panel mtgs with a nurse mgr, nsg director, and HR.
