I applied for this role online, and within a few days, a recruiter reached out to me. The initial conversation (HR Screening) provided good insights into the role, the project, and the overall timeline. However, the experience deteriorated from that point. I had to continually follow up to find out if I was advancing in the process, and each time the recruiter kept telling me to expect an update the following week. After five weeks of this back-and-forth, the recruiter stopped responding altogether.
