Harnham interview questions

The interview process is still ongoing, but so far it has been well-organized and professional. I had an initial conversation where we discussed my background, interest in recruitment, and understanding of Harnham’s work. The interviewer was friendly and asked thoughtful questions about my motivation and communication style. I’m currently waiting for the next step in the process.

Very informative interview process - met 2 or 3 different hiring managers throughout the process which gave me the opportunity to ask lots of questions and get familiar with the culture. The final stage was going on-site to meet the team and see the offices, which are in the financial district. Overall quick, positive and transparent interviews
