Easy sit down and tell me about yourself. The staff is easy going so they want someone to fit in with everyone. If you are not used to jam packed concert nights then this is not the job for you.

Knowing the former head brewer from another job I was offered a position in April 2007. The headbrewer knew I was a homebrewer and I often talked with him at the brewery. A great guy but not a great manager or a people person.
