I was very impressed with the professionalism I saw in this lower administrative staff doing the hiring. I was called afterward to discuss a job offer and requested a second interview instead. I was not only given free reign to ask any questions I wanted of the staff present while the principal left the room, but they actually answered my questions honestly and openly. for such a rural area I truly did not expect such competence.
