Phone screen then on site with three different teams. Very engaging and provided good sense of what job entailed. Gave overall business details without too much fluff so I knew where my role fit in the bigger picture
I applied online. I interviewed at Harbor Compliance (Winter Park, FL) in Feb 2026
Interview
Overall a very strange interview process which ended in the most unprofessional way. I interviewed with a recruiter that went well. I then interviewed with the hiring manager that also went well. The last interview was a panel interview that went back to my high school experience (I'm 41) which I thought was strange but I handled it of course. After this 10 day interview process I didn't hear a single word. Not a "no, we're sorry we're moving on" or anything. I even called the recruiter and left a message but never heard back from them. A word of advice to companies interviewing candidates; you are representing you and your company during the process. I will never recommend Harbor Compliance to anyone looking for a job because of how unprofessional they were at the end.

Question 1
One of the strangest questions was regarding my high school experience. When I interviewed with the team for a third time they went back to my high school experience. I am 41 so I don't see how that was relevant.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Harbor Compliance in Jan 2022
Interview
I applied through Monster. I had a phone interview with an HR rep a few days later. It was only about half an hour and was mostly about personality stuff, where I saw myself in five years and what did I want kind of thing.
At the end of the day, I was invited to schedule a full interview with the two team leads. That was much more in-depth, asking about my experiences and how I would handle different situations. All the questions were very open-ended and often had follow-ups. I received an offer the next morning.
