The interview process was straightforward. I spoke with the recruiter, who asked thoughtful questions, but I’ll admit it wasn’t my strongest performance. In hindsight, I should have rescheduled to give myself the space to show up at my best. Instead, I pushed through and unfortunately, that worked against me.
