I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Hanover Research (Arlington, VA) in Feb 2018
Interview
First round: Complete a timed personality test, logic quiz, and fill out a form that replicates the resume you already submitted.
Second round: Research Assignment. They give you seven days to "draft a market evaluation report that assesses our client’s industry of interest." You're given a couple of resources to guide your research and a list of questions to answer in your report.
Third round: Interviews. I had two, half hour interviews with two content directors. They're basically interviewing you for their teams. Standard interview structure--they want to know your experience, reason for applying, and what you can bring to the team.

Interview
The first interview was a phone screening with a recruiter. Super fun conversation and chill process. But for students who want to look for jobs starting at summer, they can’t hold a position for too long if you apply on October or so.
