I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hannaford (Dracut, MA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Applied to an in-store opening listing, attached resume and answered application questions. Was notified that I would be interviewed and was given a list of typical questions that can be used during interviews for the job to which I applied. I used these to prepare for the interview. I was interviewed by the store manager, assistant store managers, and the human resources manager. I was asked multiple questions regarding my time with the company as well as previous experiences that shaped my desire for the role and my ability to perform the job.
