1.) Online application(quite easy as you just need to fill in your basic information, didn't require applicants to submit their CV's)
2.) Online test(situational test, straight forward task)
3.) Phone interview(some basic questions, PR will run through your CV)

There was only 1 phone interview which asked you some basic questions and past leadership experiences. The process took abt 15 mins. I received the offer in a week and went to hang seng office to sign the contract.
