Quick, clear and fun. Handshake was extremely clear about their timeline and expectations for each interview. The interview questions themselves were not as tricky as some companies put candidates through. I found the questions (and the answers they received) to be a better indicator of Engineering skills than most engineering interviews typically produce.

Interviewing with Handshake was a very smooth experience. My remote interviews were scheduled very quickly and all of the interviewers I met with were friendly, knowledgable, and it was obvious that they enjoyed their role and were excited about the mission of Handshake.
