I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hancock Whitney Bank (Thibodaux, LA) in Apr 2019
Interview
I filled out an application online, a week later I was contacted by a recruiter requesting a phone interview. Another week passed and the recruiter reached out for a face to face interview with the branch manager and district hiring manager. After my face to face interview (which went really well) I was contacted by the recruiter with a job that I gladly excepted. All in all the process took about a month.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hancock Whitney Bank (Panama City, FL) in Feb 2023
Interview
Easy interview, with an obvious fantastic team. I ultimately chose another career option. I know I would have been happy here though. I recommend going dressed in appropriate attire. The person before me was basically dressed to go to the waffle shop at 2 am. Not ok.
Personable and relaxed. I was naturally nervous but quickly became comfortable and confident as the interview went on. Phone interview followed up with in person with hiring manager. Took a few days for recruiter to call with offer
