Hampton County 2 Schools interview questions

I received a phone call asking me to come in to interview. It took place at the district office with the superintendent, head of personnel, and an administrator from the school. Questions were mostly related to discipline, not the actual teaching. I would later discover that was due to the culture of the community, which by and large does not put any importance on education, resulting in a student body that constantly fights the system with limited or no consequences. The interview lasted about an hour. That evening I received a call from the superintendent offering the job.
