The assessment day was fully reimbursed by the company. One group case study abut something related to the company you are visiting for around 2 hours, then 3 conversational interviews, 45 minutes each
45 min round 1 interview with the current catalyst employee. 2 way conversation. a lot of behaviour questions. chance to ask questions to them about company and program at the end.
