Halifax Public Libraries interview questions

Prior to the interview, select candidates were asked to complete a spec project. This project was a print ad for the Library. Brand guidelines were provided to candidates. The project was to be completed prior to your interview date. These interviews took place virtually, and included a member of the hiring team (assuming HR) and a member of the creative team.
