Interview
The interview process was very simple. The General Manager asked me a few questions about my experience and how much I knew about selling cars. I had just came out of college and did not have very much experience. He gave me a try. I did not have to fill out any surveys or tests. This is a small business, so things are pretty chill. If the owner likes you, he likes you.
