Interview
The interview consisted of 5 behavioural style questions and a further 2 online assessment games. (This is all to be completed in one session but you can take breaks between the games).
You had 1 minute preparation time, 3 minutes answering time and up to 4 retries.

A time you had to change your approach
A time you had to build a positive relationship with someone to work towards something better
A time you had to learn a new skill
A time you had limited time to prepare a presentation
A time you had to complete an assignment but were given confusion instructions
Had an assessment centre, which was a combination of motivational and technical questions. Also had case studies, which I had to work on. One of them showing me a business plan and I had to comment on what could the problems be

Online pre-recorded video interview of between four and five questions, 2-3 minutes of answers for each. If successful, move to approximately 30-minute teams meeting with the new prospective line manager.
