Very simple. Went through two interviews with the current center manager and then the regional manager. Wanted to know about my past, and future and what I could bring to the table
Virtual meeting and the hiring manager was late. Not a great company outlook. But I was offered the role within 48 hours. I kindly declined since I found a better company.

Easy flow, great recruiter. Company made the process very easy. I went in very nervous being that I don’t work with hair, they reassured me that everything was going to be ok and that training is a top priority of Hairclub.

How I handle situations that are out of my control
Everyone was super along the way. From the first screenings to the in-person interviews, Everyone was informative and collaborative throughout the process. Couldn’t have been better! I would highly recommend.
