Interview
Transparent and informative interview process. From the beginning, the Recruiter was communicative of the process, salary expectations, role requirements, etc. She went above and beyond to prep me for each interview and follow-up immediately after. Although the Recruiter works for HackerOne, it almost felt like I hired this Recruiter to help me throughout the process, it was THAT helpful. Overall, the best interview process I've had in my career.

Question 1
May have been worded differently, but essentially: describe a time when you worked with a customer who may be showing signs of churn and who did you work with internally/what did you do to turn that into a renewal?
4 stage interview process:
(1) recruiter screening call
(2) HM interview
(3) Conversations with team members
(4) presentation, and role play
Recruiter was exceptional, and personified the warm & authentic culture at HackerOne. She was extremely proactive, and even checked-in routinely between interview stages to ask how I was doing etc. She was also very diligent and quick to offer clarifications, answer questions.
The interview stages were also impeccably organised. For the final stage, they even provided template material to use for building my presentation.
The whole process was handled extremely well, and it felt as though the interviewers were genuinely wishing for me to do well.
