Meet with HR, if you pass that interview, then you meet with nurse manager. You may also meet at that interview or at a second interview some of the staff for that unit like charge nurse or educator. Seems pretty rushed. Make sure you ask for parking validation.

They ask basic interview questions like your biggest weakness/strength, tell me a time you dealt with conflict and how you resolved it, tell me a time you dealt with a difficult patient
The interview process was quick and straightforward, focusing on resume details. Staff were friendly and welcoming, but communication afterward was lacking, leaving uncertainty about next steps in the overall experience.

Short and quick process. Great panel, great questions, great conversation. Basic behavioral questions and deep drive into my experience. Had time to ask questions to better know the team and the hospital.

Took forever to get an interview and even longer than that to get feedback on the interview. I'm ok with not being hired , but a candidate should be told that weren't selected, especially when it is impossible to reach HR recruiters
