The first level of the interview was cool and ok, the level which involves the hiring team, on the other hand, was quite awkward and weird. Irrelevant questions, follow-up questions that did not add anything valuable for the role, and I generally felt a negativity, but I do not see how it was justified. I ended up being rejected from the next level, but I did not understand why and I do not feel I got an honest explanation, since my expertise and everything I shared during the interviewing process were far from inadequate for the role (I did not get "being overqualified" as a reason of rejection as well). This was quite strange for me, especially for a company of that level, the progress of which I admire.
