Very chill. 2 stages usually. 1st with your supervisor and HR, and 2nd with the National Director (Region Manager) and the above two people. Basic questions will be asked so no need to worry about any weird questions to look out for. Interviewers look out more for your own personality and character (at least during my time) and less on your achievements.
