Multi-phase, multi-day process. 1 phone interview, one in person interview, 3 in-person interviews. Went through entire process, as a highly qualified candidate. It took 4 weeks. I had over 8 hours of interview time, and they hired an internal candidate. It was clear that they only used me to check a box that said they went through a hiring process. Unethical interview practices that wasted a lot of my time. I even went out of my way to take time off of my current job, and made arrangements to have my daughter picked up from school after they moved the last interview day a week earlier than originally scheduled. They also have no process for hiring, as they do not have a human resources department. The 2nd interview was 3 directors that had no idea how to conduct an interview. Clearly a massive disconnect among departments and poor leadership during the process. Nice enough people, but need true business instruction.
