Initially, I had a video interview with an HR representative, followed by an in-person interview at their Leighton Buzzard office, which was a pleasant experience. I was glad they opted for a portfolio presentation instead of assigning a task.
However, despite the positive experience, I received a standard rejection email without any feedback, which was disappointing, especially after traveling two hours there and back for the in-person interview. Providing feedback is crucial for candidates' growth, and without it, applicants are left in the dark. Fortunately, upon requesting feedback, they did provide me with some insights.
