The second round was more technical — they asked about my hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads and other paid media channels, campaign structuring, and how I track performance. The third round was with the product team, where they wanted to understand how I align paid campaigns with product goals. The final round was with the CMO, which was more strategic we talked about big-picture planning, growth, and how I approach scaling paid media efforts. Overall, it was structured and smooth.
