In my opinion, a waste of 45 minutes. The interviewer opened the interview by saying she'd been in the role for a few weeks and had been too busy to read my resume. Not sure why the company decided to have someone so ill-prepared lead a hiring interview? This left a very poor impression overall and I can't imagine the chaos that goes on behind the scenes. Between this interview and the original call with the recruiter (who openly spoke about a round of layoffs post merger), I would not feel comfortable joining this company.
