Everyone I spoke with, including the CEO of MWE and the entire leadership team, was friendly and made each conversation feel comfortable. It was more like a living room conversation than a typical interview. The offer presented was competitive and showed HUB International respected me as a person and as a talented candidate. A refreshing change from some other organizations I've interviewed with in the past.
